Prospective Candidates, who are active in their field of business, management, Sociology, Science, Social work,
Literature, social or personal change, and who hold a recognizable Master’s degree from any University, are invited to apply.

STRUCTURE OF DOCTORAL STUDIES

Upon admission/registration to the program of their choice, Candidates consult with the Director of Studies to develop a program of learning tailored/customized to their individual needs.  It must be understood that, generally speaking, Candidates admitted to the GEPEA EUROPE “Global Educational & Professional Excellence Academy” are already actively committed and have considerable expertise in their chosen fields.  For this reason, the Ph.D./ Doctoral programs are structured in three phases but at least s/he should have to qualify in any twos:

Phase: [1] Qualifying During Admission Procedure

At Phase: [1], After receiving Ph.D. admission application, each Candidate’s career profile, last academic certificate, professional achievements etc. will be rigorously
securitizing after that GEPEA EUORPE’s Admission/Registration officer will be notify the respective candidate either s/he qualified for the Ph.D./Doctorate
program admission or not.  Then the Phase [2] will be in order but Phase: [2] is optional scope, if candidate shall unable to attend in the Seminars/Conferences which will be arranged by GEPEA then s/he will be directly start Phase: [3] his/her Project for the Ph.D. Program.

Phase: [2] Qualifying Tutorials or Seminars [ This Phase is an optional scope for the candidate]

At Phase: [2], Each Candidate is paired with an appropriate International Faculty member, who shares interest and expertise in a field close to that of the Candidate.  Normally, each tutorial  lasts a period of six months, and seminar lasts 2-3 days in weekly basis (Duration will be fixed by GEPEA Authority). Often only one course/area is required to qualify for the doctoral project; some Candidates may require more (It’s depend on consultation with registration desk after formally admission). In the Phase:2, Ph.D. Student will get e-library access or open access to enrich his knowledge on the respective area of research.

Phase: [3] Doctoral Project/Thesis Preparation & Submission

With the one‑to‑one guidance and mentoring of an International Faculty member, the Candidate then finalize a doctoral project.  The Dissertation Project research/study’s wording length is limited to 60000 to 80000 thousand words and 75-100 pages (A4 Size Page), APA Citation & APA Referencing Style through Microsoft Word Doc.  At the GEPEA EUROPE “Global Educational & Professional Excellence Academy”, the purpose of the doctoral project is for the Candidate to integrate, synthesize and disseminate some aspect of her/his area of specialized knowledge and experience.  That is, the project for a professional doctorate is typically a report on work that the activist or practitioner is actually already undertaking “in the field.” 
To the extent possible, all doctoral projects will be available on the GEPEA EUROPE “Global Educational & Professional Excellence Academy” website, commencing January 2021. This Doctoral Project is implemented in a final project for the Ph.D., for which the student has up to 18 months to complete it. Moreover, A Ph. D requires the achievement of a minimum of 65 academic credits, about 1000 hours of study, plus a doctoral thesis.

ADMISSION/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

The respective candidate is requested to submit his/her latest CV/Resume/Profile with Color Photograph, including documentation of their Master’s degree;

A statement of their experiences as a professional, activist or practitioner;

A statement of their interest in the particular doctoral degree and what they would like to accomplish by affiliation with the GEPEA EUROPE “Global Educational & Professional Excellence Academy”.
